Multiple Marriott projects - structured deal and financing (for third party owners/clients) (Springhill Suites, Fairfield, etc).

 

Recently structured/obtained financing - Spring Hill Suites built in Butler, PA.

 

 

Retail/Misc

 

Structured deal and obtained financing for ten Rite Aids regionally.

 

Structured deal and financing for multiple big box shopping centers/malls for previous clients (Atlanta, Toledo, Chicago, Pittsburgh).

 

Structured and obtained financing for ACE Hardware stores.

 

Structured, financed multiple Family Dollar stores.

 

Built/Owned car washes.

 

 

Resort/Misc

 

Structured and co-developed two Belize resorts.

 

Structured and co-developed Costa Rica resort.

 

Provided due diligence work for Aruba resort/casino.

 

Structured initial acquisition and financing for 100 acre lakefront "vacation" residential community with marina, golf, and club house.

 

Master-planned with owners to redevelop Golf Course/Resort and surrounding 40 acres/mixed use - New Orleans (provided development plan for owners).

 

 

Current Projects

 

Charles Pointe ($2B master planned community in Bridegport, WV). Working with developer/owner, Genesis Partners, LP, to structure, develop, and provide financing and projects for multi-faceted 2,000 acre mixed use development.

 

Developing/building out International restaurant chain and other business ventures in UAE/Dubai (working with US client).

 

Sunset Building (24ksf office building in Wexford/79 intersection - currently leasing).

 

Developing retail pad Camp Horne Intersection - Pittsburgh, PA.

 

Undisclosed multi-use retail/restaurant development in Mt. Washington, PA.

 

Undisclosed retail site off major intersection of 279 - 10ksf to 15ksf of retail.

 

Currently in due diligence for new construction office building - Pittsburgh, PA.

 

Undisclosed multi-use development in Cranberry Township, PA.

 

Various residential, condominium and miscellaneous projects in developing urban areas in Pittsburgh.
